A blue Monday will always be a blue Monday till the rest of the day. If happen that you wake up on the wrong side of the bed don't be so sad because there are always ways to bounce back from that minor problem. We cannot really discount the fact that this happens once in a while, may be when we are very tired last night, physical exhaustion as well as spiritual one.
How to bounce back from this dilemma? Simple go straight to the mirror near your bed or the bathroom then see the look of yourself. Slowly imagine what will happen if you continue that look - it will surely affect other people in your workplace, church, school, etc... Now you get the picture you don't want that to happen don't you? Look at the mirror again and whisper to the person in front of you that you are beautiful, you are handsome today... Be Positive all the time, its just like discovering the secrets to happiness - its all up here, in our mind. Its a matter of thinking don't drag your performance from this small waking up problems.
