Ankle sprain is a common injury among athletes specially the running athlete, they are the one who often stumbled and injured their ankles. This is post article will not focus on the athletes it focuses about me, yes, i do have a sprained ankle. En route for home I tripped last Friday, it really hurts very very. Every step i made every movement i spare the bruises on my ankle is manifesting itself to the expression i made.
So how do you treat this kind of injury? A friend of mine says that applying hot compress will heal the injured ankle in no time, others said otherwise cold compress. I don't know the reasons behind the compress thing but it seems that this hot compress method of treating sprained ankles works for me. I will continuously apply this "hot compress therapy" every morning and every evening before i hit the bed. When time comes this melancholic situation of my feet will go away and soon gone with the wind.
